NM and Saks GC events

Are the promo gift cards from NM and Saks eligible on in-store Chanel purchases? For example, if I purchase a bag for $4900 from NM today (during the JanGC event), will I get a GC for $800? I did a search and couldn't find a thread but I'm sure this has been asked. Thanks!

No Chanel is excluded as is LV, Dior etc
