I have no relation to the store but I was in Duet in Livingston, NJ yesterday and they have NUMEROUS Hermes bags (particularly birkins). There was a small dark blue (sorry I don't know color) and about a dozen or so other bags. You can do a search to find their # and address.

They also had several VERY large bags (like weekend bags not everyday). I recall there being red, green.

I am also not related to Duet in Livingston, NJ, but I recently purchased a bag over the phone from them (I live in Boston). They sent great photos and closeups of the bag and the transaction was easy. I paid via check and they will ship the bag once the check clears. They also mentioned that they are going to set up the ability to wire money immediately so they can do more out-of-town business. They have been a pleasure to work with and seem to have very good stock of varying price points (depending on wear). I got a great deal on a BJ 35 Birkin with some corner wear that can be touched up at the H spa.

WHat are their prices like?

just wondering, relative to the Fisch place in the city that really marks their H bags very high IMO

The BJ 35 Birkin that I purchased that has some corner wear (nothing beyond wear that comes with regular use) was $5500. They also had a burgundy one in much better condition priced at $7000. They charged $125 for shipping, which is very reasonable IMO.

Yeah I think prices really depend upon the bag. I have purchased other designer bags there and they are very reasonable. Usually for LV or Chanel, they charge 50% off retail but I guess it depends upon the condition as well.

i agree with snibor, i think it really depends on the condition of the bag,
i also purchased from them recently and like opheliaflr my cashiers check hasnt cleared yet( its been a week already) but i paid a little bit more because the bag is a 9.5 on a scale of 10.

they guarantee authenticity. They do not sell on-line. It is a consignment shop in a wealthy area of NJ. They also have clothes like Chanel, st. john, etc. Stock really depends upon the day you go. They also carry jewelry(estate). It is all second hand stuff.

Just had a look online and this place is only about 40 mins from the friend I stay with in NJ so will make a visit next time I'm over, thanks for posting this!

Some items in Hermes are BNIB as well clothes and jewelry. There are those in Livingston of a certain age (28+) that buy new every season and never wear all and are Duet's best suppliers.
