I have a serious addiction to Coach Boyfriend Watches; in fact I own 8 of them and that's way too many! So I have resolved not to buy any more and I have stuck to that resolution. But I have been yearning for a smaller, dressier, more feminine watch and I finally gave in to temptation (it was only a matter of time!)

I ordered a rectangular, Madison, 2-tone, woven bracelet watch 14501741 from the Movado outlet store for $121 but when it arrived I was a bit disappointed.

It's a beautiful watch, and if I had ordered it in gold or rosegold with crystal accents, I am sure that I would have been happy with my purchase. But the gold accents on this 2-tone watch were barely visible and it was more of an "plain everyday silver watch" than I had wanted.

I also discovered that my aging eyes have really appreciated the large, clear dials on the boyfriend watches and that although thes tiny dial on this watch was okay -it was a little difficult for me to read. Here are some photos of the watch that I originally bought and exchanged (NMA!)

I love the fact that the Movado outlets will readily do a phone charge and ship the item to you for only $15; but I am not crazy about their refund policy - because they don't have one! All sales are final but you can do an exchange for an item of equal or greater value within 30 days of purchase.

Because I wasn't crazy about my new watch I decided to take a 50 mile drive yesterday to the Movado outlet in Gurnee Mills, IL and exchange it for a new watch; any guesses about what I got?! (Hint - small, dressy, but with an easy to read dial!)

I bought a gold-plated round, crystal trimmed Madison watch with a clear, easy to read dial. The Coach number for this watch is W1234 and the Movado number in 14501904. It retailed for $278 and I paid $137.

Here is a photo of my pretty, little watch along with a modeling picture. I am also wearing my Coach Sandy Beach stack ring in this photo.

I will post a pic of my Coach Watch Collection next.

Here are some drill-down and stock pics of my new watch GP Madison Bracelet Watch (Coach W1234 or Movado 14501741). I love the crystal that is set into the bezel!

What a gorgeous collection of Coach watches! Do you wear all of them in regular rotation? Do you make sure all of the batteries are working? I'm guilty of neglecting my watches and just leaving them there. Then when I want to wear them, they have stopped working. Thanks for sharing your beautiful collection.

Thanks, I tend to wear the all-metal watches more often than the Andee watches but I do try to pick a watch that compliments my outfit or jewelry. I have learned the wisdom of pulling-out the bezel whenever I put a watch back in the box to save the battery - so it will work the next time I want to wear it.

I checked them before taking this photo and they are all currently running.

Lovely collection!

I've learned to do the same thing.

I had to take a closer look and my hunch was right. All your watched show the same time. lol
