They look like Frye Paige Buckles. I've been drooling over them for months now!

ETA: Actually, taking a closer look, I think they are different. Nikki's have an inside zip and some stitch detailing. But close!

They are Vintage Locke boots from Juicy Couture. The only place they still seem to be available is Zappos in limited sizes. Not in my size sadly.
