Ok, I just got off the phone with one of the RUDEST SA ever!!! I'm not usually one to call SA rude because I have firsthand experience and I'm pretty understanding but man this SA deserves a shout!
I wake up at 7am (because of the time difference) so I can call Chevy Chase Saks when they open because I was able to track down a purse I wanted last night with saks.com at 3am (the things we do for purses huh?!) and Nicki assisted me. From the start I could she was in it for the commission because I asked if she could fulfill my saks.com order and she told me to just order it directly from her. OK, fine, all dandy....
I give her a call back in 10 mins. and ask her if she would match the promotion code I used on saks.com, she rudely says "no, you're going to have to order it from someplace else" so I'm like "oh ok" in a questionable tone and she hangs up! I give her another call back in aprox.5 mins. and I say, "Hi Nicki, it's Jenny again, I'll go ahead and order the purse now" and she tells me "I can't, I'm sorry, I can't sell it to you because it's already been presold." Ok fine, it's possible that within that 5 mins. someone else called or came in and bought the bag but I swear she said it in a condescending tone as if she was laughing at me for not ordering it earlier.
ARGHHHHHHHHHH. And how does a bag get PRESOLD if presale is over?
I hate her. Time to contact Catherine and voice my complaint. Maybe I'll get my bag afterall
