Nicole Scherzinger

He found himself in trouble with the law again after testing positive for marijuana during his probation period.

But Chris Brown’s mood certainly perked up as he enjoyed a night out with former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger on Tuesday.

The pair were a part of a star-studded line up that arrived to help host the Black Pyramid Party at Supperclub in Los Angeles.

With Brown, 23, fresh from a court appearance, he joined The X Factor UK judge as well as The Voice UK judge Will.i.am and singer Sean Kingston at the bash.

Chris – who arrived wearing loose jeans, a plain white T-shirt, plus a hooded leather jacket – addressed the crowd with warmth and often reached out to touch fans.

As he put on an animated display inside the venue, taking to the microphone and flailing his arms in the air, his star friends smiled on as they awaited their turn to entertain.

However, while the clubbers danced and the spotlight was not on the celebrity guests, Chris cosied up to Nicole.

The performer is currently paired up with girlfriend Karrueche Tran but she was not pictured at the venue.

Nicole, 34, is dating Formula One racer Lewis Hamilton, but while her beau is away in Asia for training, she got to know her industry pal a little better.

Chris was seen leaning in close to the star - perhaps in an effort to be heard over the loud music - and at one point appeared to put his arm around her.

Scherzinger donned a flirty off-the shoulder with a large beanie hat on her head for the night out.

Meanwhile Chris was was again showing off his new darker set of locks after recently dying his hair.

He ditched his platinum blonde locks before his court hearing on Monday where it was revealed he failed a drug test.

The singer – who is currently on probation after attacking his then girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 – tested positive for marijuana in June in Virginia, where the drug is illegal, but since he claims to have smoked it in California, where he has a medicinal marijuana card, Judge Patricia Schnegg has let him off with a warning.

However, Judge Schnegg ordered a review of his progress on November 1 amid concerns about how many community service hours he has completed and allegations he has violated the terms of his travel restrictions.

She also urged him to consider how the public and his young fans perceive his actions, telling him 'You are not an average person sitting in a living room. You are not only in the public eye, but you are on probation.'

Before the hearing Rihanna, who is currently in London, tweeted Chris a message of support saying ”@chrisbrown I'm praying for you and wishing u the best today (sic)” to which he responded “thank u so much (sic).'

She's one of the most attractive singers on the globe, but Nicole Scherzinger hasn't always been so confident about her appearance.

The 34-year-old singer has revealed that she suffered from bulimia during her time in the Pussycat Dolls.

Speaking to VH1 for their Behind The Music series, the pretty star admitted that it was a hard time.

'I just hated myself,' Scherzinger said. 'I really was so disgusted with myself and so embarrassed. I felt so alone. I was in a group, and I never felt so alone in my life.'

The X Factor judge went on to say that she actually suffered from the eating disorder for years and 'did it everyday.'

'Every time I had a second to be alone, I was doing something to myself. You get, like, blisters on your hands or scars on your hands, and I’d try to hide those. I think the girls could tell.

'It’s embarrassing. I never spoke about it. Like I said, I never want to play a victim, and I never wanted my family to hear about things from me because I think it would break their heart, you know,' she added.

'I guess it was like my addiction, right? I never did drugs, but kinda doing things to myself was my addiction. It’s like when I got off stage, I was on this high, and I’d come back to my room and I’d be alone, so I would just do things. My bulimia was my addiction; hurting myself was my addiction.'

In the frank and honest interview, Scherzinger admits that she feels 'nervous' about opening up about that aspect of her past for the first time.

The U.S. star can be seen looking upset and alone in a 30 second clip for the upcoming programme.

It also shows Scherzinger's relatives looking sombre as they reveal she had to 'get help or die.'
After leaving the Pussycat Dolls in 2010 to forge her successful solo career, Scherzinger reveals that music is what saved her.

'The music is what saved me,' she says. 'It's the only thing that I can trust.'
But that's not all she opened up about during the candid show.

Nicole also made further revelations about her time in the girl group and claimed that she sang "95 per cent" of the vocals of the Pussycat Dolls songs herself.

Scherzinger has revealed that former bandmates Melody Thornton, Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt, Jessica Sutta and Carmit Bachar hardly sang on the tracks.

She added; 'I love those girls, they're like my sisters, but people don't even know the story. They have no idea. I was in the centre because I was singing. I was the one singing.

'I never really talked about it, but I'll never forget I finished the album PCD and [producer] Ron [Fair] and I brought the girls into the studio and we played it for them, and it was the first time they'd ever heard the music."

Nicole continued: 'Do you understand what I'm saying? We played the album for the Pussycat Dolls. It was the first time they'd ever heard the songs.'

And Ron Fair backed up her words, saying: 'Melody sang a bit here and there but the records were Nicole, with the exception of an occasional ad lib. They were Nicole. They were created with her.'

Luckily, the Baby Love singer is in a much happier place nowadays and has even shed light on her romance with Lewis Hamilton.

Speaking to Lorraine Kelly on Thursday, Scherzinger said: 'Me and my lovely man are lovely, that’s what’s going on. Yeah, we’re great.'

Scherzinger is currently a judge on the UK version of X Factor where she is competing with the boys as her contestants.

what? you mean to tell me...that Nicole was the only real singer in that group? shocker.

what exactly is she getting a BTS for? has she had a hit record and didn't tell me?

The only people who sang in the group were Nicole and Melody who always had some vocal runs at the end of every track.

And why is she getting a special? Who is checking for Nicole Swashbuckler?
