I found them. They are Tara Subkoff for easy spirit from 2006. I think they are the same as the ones in her recent photo. Idon't know where to buy them from. Can anyone help me out?

Yes, these are by Tara Subkoff for Easy Spirit. I actually have the knee-high version that I purchased years ago from ShopBop, and I love them TO DEATH!!
