Nicest SA in the Bal Harbour store?

hi barbie444! that's too unfortunate....bal is the nearest store to me, and after a few misses with SA's -- i hit the jackpot with Jorge A. =D...i'm not a high volume buyer, but he's always treated me very well, hes' very nice and funny....good luck!
The Bal Harbour crew should really take a year long course on how to handle customers. They have been awful for countless years when it comes to customer relations. They need to clean house from the top down and start with an entirely new group, IMO.
I would happen to agree with nancydrew, Jorge is truly nice and knows how to handle people. He will pull every bag out for you within his power. He wants to make you happy, but don't expect the golden gates to open in that back room.
For once, I hope someone from Hermes is reading a thread here. Maybe they will notice no one says anything too nice about the boutique.

Hi Barbie, I go to the Bal Habour store alot. My SA is a doll, his name is Luis Felipe. I
think there are two Luis's, he is just wonderful to me, always sweet and very, very
helpful. I always find them to be pretty well stocked. Hope this helps!
Also find the Palm Beach store to have very nice SA's!

hi barbie - i try to stay away from the palm beach store....i only pop in there because i'm already in the area... everytime i go there, whether its empty or full, no one asks if i needed help or something...i always have to go ask them, and when i do, they always make me feel like i'm bothering them, even' if they're not doing anything...naples is kinda far but the sa's there are excellent too...
