Michael Kors Nice phone call from my SA this morning

She left me a message to ask me how I'm enjoying my last two bags - the Hamilton and the ID Chain. DH bought me the Hamilton for our anniversary in July and I put it away for Fall. When I was in in Sept and told her I hadn't used it yet she was completely blown away.

She asked me to give her a call back to let her know what I think of the bags. I bought the ID Chain in Sept and haven't used it yet, so I'm sure she is gonna kill me.

That's sweet though, I never got a call from any of my Coach SA's like that.

Honestly, it makes all the difference in the world to me. I'm pretty old school when it comes to customer service, and getting a call like this can sway my decision as to where I shop big time. It's not just about the money for me. As a matter of fact, I would rather buy in a store with great customer service than get the product cheaper on ebay.

I know a lot of people think that's crazy, but the shopping experience means a lot to me, and I am willing to pay more for it. So this SA just made herself another sale just by placing that simple call.

Well, you can use one bag tomorrow and the other day after tomorrow. Then call her....
