I needed some Un Jardin Sur la Nil shower gel, so I called Bergdorf to order. Partly to get the "present" (beauty purchase gift) and the gel isn't always that easy to find. The SA asked me if I would like to try the Eau de Pauplemouse Rose and I told her I really didn't care for it. She sent me the most generously sized (1/2 oz.) sample of my Un Jardin Sur la Nil I have ever seen. It was unbelievable. It was also in the gift in a different scent. That was so great. I will definitely order from them again. I would recommend ordering from BG. It was a pleasant experience (and no sales tax!!)

Hi, me again. I called the SA yesterday to thank her for the generous sample of my fragrance. I think she must have fainted to have someone call with a compliment rather than a complaint. Lately, my new way of doing business is to send a note or make a quick call to thank the SA or let their manager know that they go the extra distance for me.
The H scarf department there is so pretty. I can't wait to get back there some day.
