I have a Tacori Eternity Band. I am going to have the diamonds made into a necklace. Suggestions as to what type of ring to wear on left hand. I can’t keep looking at my wedding band...it’s been 6 months..

My condolences, I am so sad to read this. Would you consider a Diamonds by the Yard style necklace? What jewellery style do you prefer? I would suggest a huge cocktail ring with a favourite centre stone for fun or perhaps a ring with your birthstone. I wish you strength and recovery.

Is a terrible thing to face.
Wishing you courage & peace in rough moments.

As to ring on left hand--
death forced an ending. Sorry.
However, no rules exist. If want to wear ring there, do it.
For as long as you want.

There are companies which create gemstones from cremation ashes.
For jewelry. Including rings.
This may suit your wishes, as each gem is unique. And a connection.

Another option may be to refashion husband's ring into new piece.
To wear on your left hand.
Or add it unaltered to your necklace chain.

No rush. Take your time deciding.
Remember, no rules. Just yours.

I’m sorry for your loss.
But I would not do anything yet. You may regret it once time has passed. You may want to keep it as a loving memory, as others keep jewelry from their loved ones who have also passed on.

I would just put it away for now. As they say when one loses a loved one, do not do anything rash for at least one year. Wait until you have experienced all four seasons.

My best wishes to you.

I am so sorry for your lost. My heart goes out to you. When my dad passed away, my mom turned her wedding rings into a beautiful pendant with matching earrings. It brought her so much comfort.
The awesome thing about being a part of TPF is how we pull together and uplift one another. We will keep you in our prayers
