Newer model Estrella quality issues

I’ve had a call from LV customer services about quality issues with my Estrella - has anyone else? Just wondering if so, has anyone has received store credit or a repair?

Thanks for the heads-up. I’ve both the OM and NM Estrella. Love the OM but not the NM. I wonder if I’ll get the call.

Just so you know I received store credit for mine - the dye in the strap is defective and has affected a load of bags xx

Okay - just received a vm from client services about my Estrella MM earlier. I wonder if I’ll have to go through the recall process.
