Newbie going to MAC event - suggestions for e/s colors?

I am a pretty new MAC user too. In fact...before a couple of months ago, I only wore eyeshadow about once a month. My favorites so far are:

honey lust
honesty
all that glitters
shroom
pincurl

I've even branched out into a little more color (although I'm still trying to learn blending and application techniques) and I can't believe it myself, but I LOVE:

expensive pink
mythology
contrast
carbon
knight

Paint Pots - My favorite is Painterly. I also own Indianwood and like it very much. The black paint pot is a good choice if you like smokey eyes.

As far as eyeshadows, I agree with tons of people here, and here are my favorites, that are mainly neutral colors:

- Jest
- Shroom
- RicePaper
- Bronze
- Satin taupe
- Woodwinked
- Embark
- Mulch
- Tempting
- All that glitters
- Expensive Pink

I think i can continue naming them as i love almost every shadow in MAC
