Hi ladies! been away for quite a few months, my little prince is growing so fast! :p

i would like to ask your opinions on the next watch i am planning to purchase.

i narrowed it down to this two, as my criteria for this watch should be:

white dial
quartz (need something less fiddly)
has diamonds
and lume (easy to view the time in the dark

I narrowed it down to these two:

the Patek Philippe twenty4 and the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 33mm

I tried them both and i cant decide they are very beautiful, and worst yet almost the same price.

the only difference i can see is the twenty4 has more shiny/polished areas and has a bracelet design while the royal oak is a mix of matt and polished areas and has a date.

heres a pic of them side by side, i think both looks great on my wrist.

PP on the left; AP on the right :smile1:


i have a Rolex Datejust 31mm and a JLC reverso for your reference.

which do you think looks best or is more appealing in your eyes, maybe given the chance which one will you grab?

Tough one considering your current watches. I think the PP as it's just so beautiful and the shape is timeless. Your Rolex is a sporty shape with a date so I feel the AP will be too much of a duplicate of that. Even though your Reverso is the same shape as the PP I think they'd offer completely different looks.

Btw, we need pics of your other watches for eye candy!! I mean comparison lol.

i know its so hard right? :laugh:

heres my fav watches to use nowadays,





the rolex is one of my go to watches, i just think i need a quartz right now as i want an easy to maintain watch, but still looks gorgeous of course :graucho:

They are both beautiful, as are the watches you already have. I can't take my eyes off the AP, so that's my vote for now. I like the easy to read round shape, and the visual texture of the dial.

Another vote for AP. It looks lovely on your wrist.

I vote for PP. Like someone else mentioned the AP shape is very close to your Rolex. The PP is elegant and gorgeous and they always catch my eye. It's just such a beauty!! PP!!
