I am torn between the Morning After Bag and the Nikki.

I originally didn't like the MAB as it seemed to square looking.
However, after seeing your modeling pictures I've noticed it does slouch.

I am torn...I cannot figure out which bag to buy. I want an everyday bag..will wear a lot woth black leather jackets. I do like the MAB because I can wear it in teh crook of my arm like MV speedys.

Please help. Opinions are appreciated with your reasoning.

I do love the Nikki. It's huge, but doesn't feel like it. It carries everything I could ever want. I haven't tried a MAB because I think it would be too big for my preference, but because I love the style, I have two MAM's. I love them more than I could have ever imagined....right up there with the Nikki...they're far bigger than I anticipated. So, I say it depends on what style you prefer, since they're both very different! I think I'll always have at least one of each.

What do you think of the Matinee bag? Do you like the Matinee or the Morning After bag style better?

I am a fan of the Nikki!! It can be carried in the crook of your arm too. It is bigger, but slouches with use and does not seem so big. I actually like the morning after mini.. the mab is too big for me..I have the dark gray matinee and love it, but bought the wine matinee and it did not work for me..The morning after is a boxier look..I guess it is all personal preference!

Also, I think I am leaning towards a Grey Matinee now too. I think I prefer the shape over the MAB.

I have a wine Nikki - that I LOVE, and a Violet Matinee that I love, but don't use that often. The Nikki is a great size - I'm 5"5 and about 120 pounds and it's perfect on my frame. And even though it's a hobo - the handle drop is quite short and I find that I carry it in the crook of my arm like my LV Speedy just as often as my shoulder. The Matinee, even though it's not technically bigger than the Nikki, FEELS bigger. It's more structured and quite long...I only really carry it over my shoulder. It could be the texture of the Violet leather (it's glazed, very thick and very stiff) but my Matinee feels like a big, structured, professional looking bag. Definitely not something for carpool or running to the gym.

I haven't seen one IRL, but I'm lusting after the MAB.

I have a cloud grey Nikki and I carry it as my everyday bag because it's easy to just throw around and I can carry it on my shoulder or elbow or whatever. I use my MAM (it's concord) as more of a going out bag because it's a bit more structured and it's dressier looking to me. They're both great- you can't go wrong.

I'd say it depends on your lifestyle/wardrobe. I find the MAM to be much dressier (depending on color, of course) and the Nikki to be more casual. I am a jeans/sweater kind of gal for the most part and do a lot of errands running around so the nikki works great for me.

I would go with Wine. I have the deep red leather in a Mini, while the color is gorgeous, I prefer the leather used for the Wine. It's super soft and has a slight glaze to it. I think the Wine would look better with cognac, IMO.

I wish I could find a wine Nikki...everywhere I go online they are sold out. Bummer.

I love my wine nikki it goes with so much. it would look great with your congac boots..It goes with black navy cream white brown. You can preorder for 11/21 on rebeccaminkoff.com it is full price.
