New to Coach - Applique question

I am new to Coach and have stumbled upon a bag I really like - the Drifter, with the floral embellishments. Can I please get some advice/opinions/expertise about Coach and their appliques? Do the embellished/applique bags hold up well over time or do they fall off? Is this something trendy/seasonal or is it used often in Coach designs? If there was an issue with the applique, does Coach fix it? Thank you for any help.

I have the floral applique saddle 23, and never had a problem of their wearing away, or falling off the bag.

I don't have any applique, so I can't help you there, but Coach does have a one year warranty.
