Help me pick a new summer bag! I do not own either the Pochette Métis E/W (or any other size), nor the Diane in any variation. I don’t have the budget to purchase multiples at once so I really appreciate your input. :smile:IMG_9946.webpIMG_9947.webpIMG_9945.webp

Dang they are all so good ❤️❤️
I’m going with the Diane as it such an easy bag to carry and looks so nice. I definitely am partial to denim anything but I don’t think you can go wrong with any of your options 😊
Can’t wait to see what you decide on!!

I have one Pochette Métis E/W bag in canvas, and two Diane bags in canvas and denim. The Pochette Métis E/W comes with the canvas strap, but it’s very thin. If you put some heavy stuffs, the strap will dig into your shoulder and feel uncomfortable to wear for a long time. The bag is tiny but it holds more than I think it could be. I normally carry small and slim items. So I can fit all my daily essentials in it.

The Diane bag can fit my daily essentials plus compact camera and sunglasses. It has a bigger space to hold things more than the Pochette Métis E/W. The Diane in canvas and leather versions come with the jacquard cross-body strap, which I never used. I don’t like this strap. So I bought a canvas strap as a replacement one, and I really love it. I can use this canvas strap with any monogram canvas bags including the Pochette Métis E/W. The Diane in denim comes with a leather cross-body strap. So I don’t have to spend more money to buy another strap.

Both bags come with short straps. So you can wear them as the shoulder bags. I think the short leather strap of the Diane bag will feel more comfortable to wear compared to the gold chain strap of the Pochette Métis E/W bag.

The light color will easily get dirty and color transfer. I believe the leather might be easier to clean more than the denim one. I just got the Diane denim bag. So I don’t know how the material will be after the heavy use. I hope it helps you to select the right bag for you.

They are all supercute models! I would consider the bag depending on what you need in terms of size and probably when you want to use it.
I love love love the Denim Valley because it is sooo darn cute, but I would never buy it as it is way to small for me to have any use. It also is more casual, so probably suited for certain occasions to wear.
The PM and the Diane have a similar vibe and I think you can‘t go wrong with either. The PM is a bit dressier stylewise in my opinion, but only a tad. I have only the PM from this bunch and I think it fits more than I initially thought, but rather thin stuff because of the inner compartments. I can fit a small umbrella, phone, cardholder, tissues, hand sanitizer and some bib and bobs like lipbalm etc.
Good look deciding!

Hi!
If I were to buy any of the mentioned bags, I'd go for the Denim Diane. I have the monogram version of the Diane and love it. Its small, but carries more then essentials and its simply beautiful to look at.

I don't own any of these but my vote goes to the Diane in sand. I really like the additional jacquard strap, which could be used with other bags as well. Given what these straps sell for alone gives you additional value. Speaking of value, unless you're dying for the denim, I'd find it hard to justify paying more for denim than full leather. I do think the denim is cute and would look great with white, summery outfits, but I think the sand is more versatile overall. For example, it can coordinate with just about any floral or other print, or even something dressier, as well as both light or dark colors. I don't see the denim pairing with anything "evening". JMHO.

Not a fan of vachetta on corners (had prior experience and didn’t like way it ages). I have pochette valley and love it but it’s not a daily bag as it’s very tiny. I’m going pm if it fits more than valley.
