Two months ago, I received and email invitation for a shopping appointment from my favorite Coach SA, who I had not seen in forever. I was a little busy so I made the appointment for a month later.

Usually, I'll poke around the PF and research what I want, go in and make a purchase. But since I hadn't been interested in a lot, I figure why not go see what's up.

When the husband and I arrived w/ our brand new 1mo old (see, I really was busy!), we were treated to a serious 1 on 1 shopping experience! No interruptions, no "let me help this person I'll be right back", just us, our SA and lots of questions asked and answered about what's new and what to expect. Our SA knows what we like and brought us s few things to check out. Husband got a new wallet, loafers, and a watch... And I got a few things, too! And as a gift, we both received monogrammed hang tags. The baby got a little personalized something, too.

We also scheduled another shopping appointment a month later for the PCE event. (So our little one is only 2 months and has had TWO personalized shopping events!)

Interesting! I also got a very, very lovely experience with Coach recently. My SA put two items in hold for me for the PCE. I went in to buy - and ended up with only one of them: studded Empire Bag in Blush color. So gorgeous.

But what blew me away is that she had a gift for me. A little coach shopping bag with a fuschia hangtag in it, a bunch of Godiva choc truffles amd a Starbucks gift card as well as a handwritten note.

Was I impressed? YES! It was amazing. I didn't even realize she had a starbucks card in there til the next day when I opened the bag up more. She also told me I could get the cute hangtag monogrammed if I wanted.

It was amazing! Made me feel really good about coach.

Oh YAY!!! I'm super excited to hear others are getting this treatment, too! I'm not a big spender, but I would consider making more larger purchases or at least more often. It makes it worth our time and $$ I think :D

I've had that experience twice with my SA. Once he invited me to view the fall collection and I had another one when I went in for the PCE. The gifts I received were hangtags engraved with my initials on them. I think they do this for valued customers and or consistent spenders. I'm always buy from them especially since Vevers became the creative director. It's a great experience!
