Last summer I went to the outlet in Aurora. All the bags were stamped Irregular, and had the inside tags cut. Plus, I didn't think the prices were all that great. We've found some great bags at really good prices at TJ Maxx, all had bags and no cut tags.

I went to Nordstrom last week and picked up a D&B Signature Large Tote for $198. It's not marked down on their website but a in-store deal since I think it's an older line.
