Please help me choose a birthday gift for myself. New Purse (LV Favorite PM) or New wristwatch (Tag Heuer Carrera)?

I don't have a nice clutch bag yet so I wanted an LV favorite in PM size. At the same time, I don't own a men's watch so I am eyeing the Tag Heuer Carrera 32mm size in Silver. If only I can buy both I will. Both are classics. However, due to budget restrictions, I can only buy 1 for now.

Which should I get first? I am turning 27

I would get the bag! It's cute! You can always get a lower-end watch for now if you are comfortable with that. But I think you need a clutch right?!
