Oooh! This is quite innovative! Although I wonder if the webcam will actually take a pic, and then if you wanted to try on earrings, they would visually add in the earrings? Or would they make you take a picture of your hand, and then visually add the ring?

Today I found an article saying iPhone will have an app in late summer.
You will be able to virtually try on engagement rings using your iPhone camera.
