New Pochette Metis lock continually sticking??

I didn't have this problem on monogram or reverse, but the empreinte one I just bought last week has a lock that sticks whether it is full or empty while testing it so it is getting returned.

Mine is also the Empreinte leather.........it seems to be a common problem. Which country are you in? Will you get it replaced?

I'd definitely have taken mine back by now if I had a store nearer. I'm really fed up with it now.

I am in the US and the bag was made in France. I will not get a replacement without seeing it IRL to try it out myself.
