New Nodini vs Old Nodini

I've been looking at the dimensions of the old Nodini and new Nodini. The sizes seem similar but the new nodini seem shorter. Has anyone done a comparison?

New Nodini - 6.5"H x 10.2"W x 0.4"D.
Old Nodini - 7"H x 9.5"W x 2"D

I tried them both in store last year. Hope these pictures help
My personal observation: the old nodini fits more. I like its shape better. The strap on the new nodini is more comfortable (wider) and looks better
