New Mono Speedy B or Vintage Mono Speedy?

New Speedy B

Pros:
- initially clean-looking
- several ways to carry
- seems popular, price will only increase over time
Cons:
- expensive!!
- lots of vachetta


Vintage Speedy

Pros:
- thicker canvas
- already "broken in" and so less afraid to use it
- probably less than half the price
Cons:
- handheld only
- it'll be used-looking so it's more casual

What do you guys think? Thanks for your input?

Speedy B - it is really versatile! I have mine for 4 weeks, and I only wear this bag for 4 weeks!

Would this be your first? If so....I would choose the Speedy B. I think it nice to have shoulder and hand held option, rather than having only one option to carry it.

I love speedy b! If no strap I probably will never buy a speedy just cuz I don't like carrying top handle bags.
