I have been after this bag since I first saw it on another purse blog months ago.

I needed the brown, which made it more complicated. I pestered by dear SA about this bag weekly for months and months. His store didn't get it, but he promised me he would find it. I have to say that there were times I doubted him just a little (sorry Josh!), but he came through!!

I know there are some tpfer's who don't like this bag, but I love it. I am so happy!!

note to purseinsanity.......this doesn't count as going off my bag ban if I've wanted it for months before my ban, right?

Congratulations!! I really like your bag. Looks a little like a cross between the Medallion Tote and Cerf. I think it would make a great every day bag. :tup:

OMG! :P When I saw the title of your thread, before I even opened it up, I thought to myself "She got it, and it doesn't count towards her ban!" Woo hoo! We're both sick.

BTW, I LOVE it! Many, many congrats! I didn't realize it had compartments in it...even better! It's a gorgeous shade. I don't like the black on brown older style Portobellos but the brown in this style is divine! Wear in good health!

OMG - S!!!!!!!! This bag is so beautiful!!!!! And of course it does not count towards your ban :graucho:. Mine should be here Monday (it was overnited yesterday and I don't think they deliver on Saturday). Persistance totally pays off. Major congrats!!!!!:yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:
