I'm intruiged at how discreet Goyard's marketing and communications for new bags are released. I love the style and it's a very modern design for Goyard, and amusingly similar to the Prada Arque bag.
I may be tempted! Did it pique anyone else's interest?

Yes! I wish the website listed the strap drop length though. I see a picture of it modeled being worn crossbody, but I'd prefer it to sit a bit lower on me. Curious what the pricing is too.

True, on the model it sits perfectly however it looks like there are a fair few punched hole options. I would imagine it to be in the same price range as the cap-vert bag but since it's much more versatile it could be pricier than £2k

Saw the hirondelle in store today, BH had Grey and green on display. So pretty and it sits nice and flush against the body as a shoulder bag. Price is great, but it’s not a true crossbody bag. It hits right below the boob for me (5’6”) at its longest. I ended up taking the mini alpin backpack home with me instead 😅

Stopped into Maison Goyard while in Paris an hour before close on Wednesday. Waited 30 min to get in and we asked if they had the hirondelle and they did! Asked what color we were interested in and future hubby said navy. They also had the two classics, but we didn’t ask about the other colors. FH is 5’8” and kept the length at how it comes as. Holds a lot, super comfortable to wear, slim to the body, and the zip top is perfect. The inside is also yellow canvas and just one open space, no pockets. One of their best new bag releases, in our opinion, and was an instant yes. Pic for reference on first day out! Also was €1850, which we felt was well more than reasonable! Cheers!

Gorgeous bag, but what do you think of the length of the strap? For me, it’s a missed opportunity to make it crossbody. Beautiful detail on the bag though. I picked up a bohème instead…

He loves the length as it allows him to rest his arm on it while holding the strap. He’s not big about crossbody straps and has yet to try the longest setting. I’ll have him try it on and see what it looks like and come back with an update! And congrats on the Bohème! Such a lovely bag. What color did you get?

It’s definitely a style, and I fear that I am too old for it! I got this one, it goes with everything!!
