New Gucci bag too long :(

Hi guys

I ordered the gucci marmont mini camera bag to be my perfect crossbody bag to use on holiday and errands. But im 5 feet 2 inches and. I cant believe how long it is especially when worn on the shoulder. Should I return it? How are girls my height and shorter using this bag?

Yes return. I have same issues with straps not adjustable. I hate wearing bags when they are too long.

I've seen people tie the links together on both sides with a thin ribbon or string etc as a quick fix.
Not sure how to explain but if you loop a string through one of the top links and one of the bottom links and tie a ribbon, it'll hold the strap so it's shorter.

If you love it, try to work with it as @Anesthestia previously mentioned, otherwise resign yourself to having tried but it not working and try another bag

Thanks all i really wanted to love it as its the perfect colour and shape perfect size. But the strap . I have ordered a YSL toy loulou now as that length is just perfect even though it will fit less. The marmont mini is such a popular bag I saw so many videos on youtube surprised noone mentions the strap length issue. X
