are these an older pair of shoes? like releases a while back..?

because i remember drooling over a similar pair at Nordstroms a couple of years ago and then my boyfriend was hesitant to buy them for me, so we didnt get them... then days later he decides he wants to get them and we go back and they were sold out. ;[ i've been on the search for them ever since. but i never knew the name or the style number.

I saw them in Chicago at Filene's basement. They didn't have my size. I ended up finding them on ebay.
