Totally agree! The Paul Mitchell Smoothing Iron is amazing!

My mom has the T3 and seems to like it.

I use a FHI ceramic iron. I got it from my hair dresser. It does the best job. It beats CHI hands down.

Is this the one she has? I'm looking for a flat iron to ask for for christmas ... around the $75-100 mark and I can't decide between this and the sharper image one posted. Or if anyone else has suggestions? I'm not sure if I just want to ask for the sedu, it's on sale for $125. I have wavy hair! I just ordered the T3 travel dryer, so hopefully that will cut down on the waviness too.

good timing to red this. im looking for a new one too because the one i got at sallys pulls my hair out. it gets stck between the plate and the handle and im sick of it. im looking intot he paul mitchell (what my salon uses) or the chi (that ive heard so much about)

Why not a Chi? I have one and I also have a T3 and I think I prefer the Chi.

2 chi's have died on me. I just don't trust the quality anymore.For 100+ it should last at least a year.

I had a Chi, which I hated. The T3 is alright. Someone recommended the Paul Mitchell (with green plates) and it is the best! Highly recommend it.
