I was already aware of the feather; I just assumed there were no more to be had for a decent price so I wasn't looking. I've been searching on etsy for the perfect substitute. I bought a few other fobs there that aren't feathers but are still cute.

There is still a chance I'll get a Dakotah with a feather someday.

You were aware of this particular feather keyring? Metal feathers on a metal keyring? I had never seen this style before, it's different from the leather feather purse charms and from the longer metal feathers that were bonus items with purchase....it's closer to the metal feathers of the necklaces....they might even be the same as the necklace feathers. Confused yet? lol!

Oh, you're right! I didn't look at it that closely. I wonder if it is a new style that hasn't been released yet or if the seller did some reassembling.

I have seen this metal feather keyring on tpf before too. Some people were able to buy it in the beginning.

I think it is a new item. I have bought quite a few fobs from her and they are all genuine. After the feather fiasco, I think Coach saw the light and is cashing in on the feather frenzy. :p

I'm glad you said that. I was beginning to worry about the fob I bought. I asked the seller for the style number on the feathers. She said she didn't know but you can see a tag in the picture.

If I'm not mistaken, this metal feather fob was the "$60 " one that some people were able to buy at the beginning . I believe it was originally intended to be a gift w/ purchase for the Asian market :)
