New (?) Ecrou bracelet !? Gorgeous!

I was on the US Cartier website this morning and noticed this Ecrou style which I’ve never seen before. Appears to hinge at the back and functional screw together at the top. Does anyone have this or seen it irl at boutique? I love the look of it Also comes in a ring!

They have had this one for quite a while, I like it also. There are a few photos in the ecrou thread, because I asked about it, and someone responded.
