New David Yurman Large Albion Ring

I got this about a month ago, 30% off at my favorite jewelry store. I really like the Prasiolite stone, even though its a bit difficult to keep clean. Its very neutral. Yurman has come out with the large albion in moonstone too, that one may be on my list also.

Is there anyway to ask for discount getting a DY piece at a department store? (like Nord) or do I have better chance to get that at a jewelry store? Thanks

Once in awhile Saks has discounts and they do carry Yurman, otherwise I don't think a department store would discount. Probably better off working with an independent jeweler.
