This spring, Christian Louboutin introduces the Nudes collection, comprising of iconic styles in five shades, ranging from a fair blush to rich chestnut.
Sold exclusively at Christian Louboutin boutiques around the world, this collection offers a spectrum of nude, re-imagining our perception of this color as a pale blush, and introducing it as the color of flesh, which ranges well beyond this traditional reference.
The edited styles include the delicate curves of the Fifi, together with Spring Summer 13s Flo. The shoes are quietly present in the way they transform ones posture and perception of self, yet their presence is gently camouflaged.
The desighner explains The shoes are there to give the woman an extra lift, not to take attention away from the legs and what she is wearing. They disappear like magic and become a fluid extension of her legs, as in a sketch, elongating the silhouette.
