Yep, I think so too, definitely too shiny. I decided to return it. I know the shine will wear off, but I was concerned that it might become patchily shiny :weird: and also that it might take a while to disappear! So she's gone back this morning.

It's funny as in my case, I really love the shine of my Bbags!
I think they look very different then my Mulbs because of this and their gunmetal hardware and I just love it!
But of course, this is really a question of personal preference and for sure, you have to be happy with your purchase!
However, I am sure you will soon find something you like very much too...
