I have this bag and yes it's quite heavy but I LOVE using it because I can put my laptop and my papers in this bag! 
It makes a very good bag for travelling! I love patent leather!!
And then when I turn up in meetings, I am not carrying one of those men like brief cases or boring laptop bags....
I think this bag is still available for sale in shops.
The one above which sells for such low price, it's more likely than not that it's a fake given that a real deal is something like US$3,200.
