New Breloque Charm

I managed to get a breloque charm in PHW from australian H website. there was clearly 1 pc left as when i went to cek again for anohter one, it was gone. lucky me.
one thing i wanted to ask. i wud like to hang it on my birkin bag.
the lock part goes of the strap buckle and the clip part goes on the hole of the turn lock?
when i tried to clip it on the turnlock the clip of the charm wont securely clip.
is it supposed to be like that? just halfway? do you guys know wht i mean? is it supposed to clip securely on the hole of the turnlock on the birkin?
pls advise and show clear pics if any of you have any..
i wud love to buy 1 olga charm in gold hardware

i asked irishlass and she said u shud play around with the stem until it clicks in place...gng to give it a shot
