My dh gifted me early, the last bracelet on the right for our anniversary. It’s Lagos and I believe a “caviar” bracelet. 
I have 2 Lagos caviar bracelets and I love them, I get compliments about them all the time (though your bracelet's clasp is much fancier than mine).
It's funny--I wear a stack of sterling on my right arm and really don't pay attention to them (except for the time it takes me to put them all on) but boy--others do! And I bet someone will notice your Caviar too, they are great pieces--congrats (we are Lagos twins)!
