It has a wide base and carrying it on the shoulder or crossbody means it will jut out from the hips. I tried it in store and prefer the usual design with the handles instead.
Yes I did! It’s very structured and somewhat hard so it holds its shape very well. Depending on your size and clothes, the handles may be too short for shoulder carry and will be some sort of an arm pit bag, if you know what I mean.
I just received the bag and I really like it-- I agree with the other commenter noting that it sits a little high and just out a bit when wearing crossbody-- but I love the size and the drawstring closure. While it will still jut out a bit, I think I will order an extra strap from Etsy (think one of the 2cm picotin- style straps might work and can get a longer strap so have the option for it to fall lower on my hips (am 5'7" and the current strap is a bit too short for cross body for me). Know it's a newer model, but curious if anyone else has tried this?

My experience with a prior (non-Loewe) basket bag of approximately this size was negative, because the weight of the handles made the bag sag open when worn crossbody or shoulder. It drove me nuts.
With this one, no handles, no issue. I’m 5’4”, small boned, and the three strap adjustment options are more than perfect to wear any way I want. So if you aren’t dead-set to have handles, I highly recommend this drawstring bag. I don’t find it bulky at all.
