The photos have been showing the bag cinched in but the sides actually expand into a square tote. When I saw the photo, I loved it!

I think it looks nice. Hopefully this will provide something for people who wanted an Ebene Neverfull but don't want the straps to crack almost immediately.

I think it looks nice, too....I like that it has feet on the bottom. My only concern is people say the straps are thin making me wonder if it will have the same cracking issues as I read for the DE NF....

I agree with you Roey... the bag looks much better unsnapped! I'm just unsure about the thin straps!
