Why some shops sell used and new cartier jewellery but cheaper new and cheaper than cartier boutique do you trust if they give you box card.. Can you help me to decide. Some people tell me they have vip discount when they buy quantity from cartier is it true?.

I think what she’s saying is she knows this shop that sells cartier pieces at a much cheaper price than the boutique because it claimed to be a vip of cartier and they order their pieces in bulk from cartier hence they could give her a big discount.
