  1. I can't figure out what this is. Is it peeling? I've never used it. [emoji24] is there a way to clean it? ImageUploadedByPurseForum1467244345.157821.jpg
  2. Is it peeling or is there something white on it? Sorry, I don't know the difference. But, if it is something like paint on it, I would try a magic eraser. But, let someone more experienced reply and offer suggestions.
  3. It looks like peeling
  4. Try cleaning it with a baby wipe - it may lift right off.
  5. Baby wipe didn't do anything for it
  6. Coach leather cleaner and a soft cloth?

That's discouraging... I had a mark similar to yours on one of my bags and it looked and felt like the finish was missing, but when I wiped it with a baby wipe (eh, let's be honest, it was more like scrubbing...), it turned out to be a superficial mark and came right off. If you decide to use a magic eraser, be careful - it's basically really fine sandpaper.
  8. To me it looks like a superficial mark. I wear a lot of monogram canvas, I don't believe they are even able to peel.

I would use soapy water and a sponge. Sometimes these white marks come from bumping into a wall.
