Neverfull MM or Totally MM

I love DE bags but I'm just so afraid with all the peeling issues in the Neverfull DE. Do you think there'll be no problem with the totally DE? I'm considering buying Mono Neverfull bec. i'm just so afraid with the straps peeling/cracking issues of the DEs.

I haven't heard of any problems on the Totally in the DE. I looked at both and decided to go with the Totally because I already have two Neverfulls. I love the Neverfull in DE, but I wasn't sure if I cinched it, if would eventually crack. Also, the straps are stiffer in the DE and the Neverfull straps are thinner, so I wasn't sure if it would hurt my shoulder .
