If you were on the fence or planned to sell your NF, what made you change your mind? I want security for my items but I don’t want to buy a standard insert.

I used to not like NFs. and I normally don’t like using bags with open tops but the clasp feature helps and that I carry it under my arm. I also did buy a zip top bag organizer that makes my items feel more secure. I am not sure what you mean by a standard insert?

My husband got me a mono MM when I had my last baby (she'll be 15 this August). I rarely wear it, but when I do, I get so many compliments on it. It's definitely been a workhorse of a bag- I guess I keep it for sentimental reasons. It's also a good travel tote. I did get a DA MM last spring and I love the look of it in DA.

I have a Neverfull MM monogram with pivoine interior. I have put it up for sale twice and then removed it. The main thing that made me keep it was the resale value is generally not great on Neverfulls, I think this is because they are easy to come by and a lot of used ones are actually quite 'used' looking. Mine is only 8 months old and great condition so I probably wanted too much for it but to lower the price would have made me annoyed with myself so I kept it. I do use it and will continue to, I just could've got by without it hence why I was going to sell.

I am looking for a preowned Neverfull MM now and the prices seems to be outrageous if in good condition on Fashionphile. Now Ebay may not get the same prices but afraid of fakes on Ebay. I have been "fooled" before.

I find the preloved ones to be mostly overpriced. In the UK a Neverfull MM is £1180 from LV. You could sell the pouch for £200-250 making the bag itself £930-980. Newish used ones are priced around £800-900 and older used ones anything from £500-800. IMO these prices are not worth it when you can have a brand new one for a little more. Particularly when you have to factor in potential fraud/fakes/misdescribed etc.

I have had my Mono MM Neverfull with Cerise (Cherry) interior for about 8 yrs now. I haven’t used mine for at least 5 yrs as my preferences for bag have changed (once I have discovered that I actually don’t mind crossbody bags, a whole new world has opened up to me then and there :giggle:).
Though I don’t really use it, I wouldn’t sell my Neverfull for a few reasons: my preferences for everyday bag might change yet again; every once in a while one needs a big bag (be it for travel or a road trip); if I regret selling, I wouldn’t want to re-purchase it at a current price; I like the thicker feel of canvas on my 8 yr old Neverfull ; and ,though it might sound silly, but , as an honourable mention - my Neverfull was MIF and nowadays one can seldom find in Canada a canvas or/and lower tier piece MIF.
