Neverfull MM creased

I just got the neverfull mm in the mail and right when I opened it, it came with a big crease on the front corner. I called the store and they said that after I keep using it, it will straighten out. But I'm not sure if it will! I really wanna carry it but it bothers me soo much! So I stuck a pillow inside it all day and it didn't help. Will it straighten out in time? Or Should I return it and get another one? This would be my 2nd time exchanging something and I hate waiting ><

mine is also like this when i take it out of storage...dont worry too much about it, it comes out with wear...

Life is too short to be bothered by something that prevents you from enjoying it. You paid a lot of money for that bag. If it is making you feel bad you should exchange it.

It will straighten out. A purse organizer will help (for my NF, I use the Purseket).

I had a similar thing on my speedies from when they have them stored in stock and with use the damier crease is gone however the mono still has it but I just dunt use tht so I'm sure it will come out just be patientt ! And if it rly bothers you exchnage it !

You'll have to actually use it to get rid of the creases., and when not in use, store it with a pillow etc.

Well, that's what they said about my LE Richard Prince Weekender and it split where it was creased 2 years later and they won't fix it. So I would take it back immediately.
