Never full straps

Has anyone ever had issues with their never full straps I heard they aren’t able to fix them

LV won’t fix that torn canvas. Not sure they will bother about the straps after seeing the canvas is torn. You must have gotten really good use out of the Neverfull

Louis Vuitton will replace parts such as handles at a cost. However, due to extensive wear to the canvas on the corners of your bag they will not be able help you. They will not repair / replace parts of items with cracked / ripped / torn canvas.

I used it daily for years it’s my favorite bag. I think I’m going to look for a preloved mono one on Poshmark

While LV won't fix it, if you want to continue to use the bag you might be able to bring it to a cobbler.
I had a very well used Hampstead brought in with the corners very bad and they fixed them quite well.
