I do not have experience with either of those brands but no matter the brand it really comes down to whether or not they leaked and ruined the movements inside of the watch whether or not the jeweler can repair them. Most likely though, if the movement is ruined, the jeweler will be able to get the movements from Raymond Weil and B&M and fix them or you can send them to those companies and have them fixed ( Some brands are picky that no one besides themselves fixes their watches ) How much it will cost for a new movement I do not know.
If the jeweler says that they can not get them movements just go to the websites for the brands and there should be a contact page where can you get the number to call about repairs.
