net a porter price adjustment question

  1. very upsetting
    got a pair of shoes and have not even worn it yet, now it is 100 less
    i called the customer service and they said they will call me back tomorrow
    has anybody have the experience with them on price adjustment

  2. It usually takes a while for them to call back, especially with returns after Xmas. I would shoot them an email.
