I love the top handle with my NeoNoe. I honestly might have returned it if I hadn’t tried it. I really wish the canvas version came with a top handle. My SA told me he tells everyone to buy one for it.

I’m not sure if you can order the handle separately but you can purchase a non brand braided top handle like this for $35 or so on Amazon! I’m planning to get one for my neo noe after I get back from repair!!!

It’s very comfortable on the shoulder and crossbody, but I like the top handle for when I’m just grabbing it quickly, getting in & out of the car, etc. Sometimes I get sick of having something on my shoulder.

I got my top handle from Amazon for 20 something bucks. I did order one from Etsy as well. The one I got from Amazon is smooth but not soft like the LV leather. But it matches well and it's good for grab and go. Not the most comfortable for forearm wear. Hopefully the Etsy one is better.
