Neonoe strap creasing is it normal

Is it normal for the neonoe strap to be creasing after 1 week? Its only on the bottom strap (side that touches shoulder)

Hmm, I have seen quite a few posts about these creases. However my NeoNoe strap does not have any creases. I have the red one without the stitches. Maybe they are a bit different?

The leather trim and strap is calf leather. Calf leather is prone to wrinkling, especially a shoulder strap or anything else where there is pressure applied. Yes, the stitching of the strap pulls it tighter to where it is more prone to wrinkle faster. This could be a reason why they were on the fence with whether they should stich the strap. Don't worry, it's Normal wear. If it cracks, then I would deem it as a defect.

I had a DE bag that looked like this on the strap and other places in 3 days and LV exchanged it for a new bag.
