I have both. I would get neither, to be honest.
Neonoe in turtledove empreinte is very pretty, but the pouch isn’t sewn into the bag. I thought I would prefer that design more (I own multiple neonoes), but without the sewn-in pouch, the bag loses its shape when filled and worn. It just sags and isn’t as structured as the regular neonoe design. I haven’t had any issues with my turtledove bags, but some people have had theirs yellow. Turtledove has only been out for 2 years, so it could be of concern for you. I live in the northern US, so bag/material aging typically doesn’t affect me. It could be a problem for you in the high humidity though.
Neverfull empreinte in black is understated. You don’t realize it’s LV at first glance, which I like. As a practical bag, it works. The only reason I don’t like it is because the straps always slip off on me. My shoulders are just under 15 in (38 cm). I’m petite by US standards, but larger framed when compared to other Filipinas. If the straps were wider, it wouldn’t slip off as much. I would rather have the men’s Aerogram tote instead. It’s pricier, but I like the design and leather more, anyway.
If it has to be between the two, I would think about what you want to do with the bag. Everyday and practical: neverfull. “Special” everyday: neonoe.
I would go with the neverfull, just because I would rather use my other neonoes before using the turtledove one.
